Onboarding into Alfons learning management system can be done with your own email address or quickly through Google or Facebook. After registration you are directly logged in to Alfons. If you’re a teacher, after that you create your own groups, add teaching materials and tasks to a group and you’re all set.

Teaching begins by creating courses. You can use external teaching materials or create your own with an extremely easy content management system. When the course is ready for use, students can access it with a simple access code. And when you have created the Best Course Ever, re-use or modify it how you like.

The most important feature of Alfons learning management system is an extremely easy-to-use content editor, which makes creating teaching material fast. You don’t need any external software to create teaching materials. Add text, images, videos, hotspots, exercises, exams and other types of content in any order you wish.

Alfons LMS comes with a large amount of different types of tasks and exercises to help provide pedagogically versatile teaching. Completing the tasks is pleasant and insightful for the learner. Alfons exam section makes organising exams flexible. Give the exam a few required attributes, define the timeframe and add exercises from the exercise bank. You can also use an automatic task selector, which is helpful when you are in a hurry. You can duplicate the exam and re-use it with other groups. The assessment can be performed numerically and verbally per task and exam.

The Alfons LMS offers a wide selection of analytics tools. The teacher can follow up the progress of the group from a clear analytics view.
